We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for most products. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are covered by us for defective or incorrect items. For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Note: Perishable items (fresh bread, cakes, pastries) cannot be returned due to health regulations unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
