Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

Yes, you can change your delivery address up to 1 hour before the scheduled delivery time. Please contact our customer service immediately at 0700 80098 to make changes.

What if I'm not home when my order arrives?

Our delivery rider will attempt to contact you. If no one is available, they'll wait for 10 minutes. After that, the order may be returned to the store. A re-delivery fee may apply.

Do you deliver outside Mombasa?

Currently, we only deliver within Mombasa County. For areas outside Mombasa, you can arrange for courier services or visit our store for pickup.

How do I track my delivery?

Once your order is out for delivery, you'll receive an SMS with a tracking link. You can also track your order on our website using your order number.
